False R.O.
They wanted Dr. Lukaszewicz to hate Defendant and Defendant to hate him, so they concocted this: TRO/R.O.Forgeries, lies, attorney forced upon Defendant was not with Pvt. Defender Program as he claimed. Judge brutalized Defendant, closed courtroom to excoriate Defendant, heckled her, struck most of testimony of Defendant from the record. Dr. Lukaszewicz took the stand and refuted the R.O. by saying "The gifts were very nice and expensive!" It should have been over, but Defendant was jailed anyway. (False imprisonment.) Penal Code 236 PC is the California statute that defines the crime of false imprisonment. Under this code section, false imprisonment is “the unlawful violation of the personal liberty of another.”1

Penal Code 182 PC is the California statute that defines criminal conspiracy. This section makes it a crime if:
  1. someone agrees with one or more other persons to commit a crime, and
  2. one of the parties commits an act to further that agreement.
PC 182 states:“If two or more persons conspire…to commit any crime…they shall be punishable in the same manner and to the same extent as is provided for the punishment of that felony.”
Restraining orders can last no longer than five years. Three years is not an uncommon length of time. Some orders are measured in terms of months, if the facts justify it.
The person at Kaiser who had an attorney file a restraining order against an innocent defendant has committed several serious crimes and could go to jail/prison for a long time.
