It may very well be a felony to file a false restraining order. It is back East. I have been suffering greatly. I could sue the person who did all this to me and she could go to prison! I am not sure people need to stay apart during a contempt charge. The contempt charge is false, just like the RO. Unless the person who did this to me, steps up and stops this thing, she may face prison. Also, if I am involved, I could say I forgive her and she could stay out, but by then the DA's office may take the case an then only THEY can stop it.
If she is abusive (and the inspectors WILL find out!) it will go to her character, or lack thereof and it could influence a jury. I think it is time to stop this.

I would really appreciate your input as to what I should do regarding her and her behavior. You are the one who got the brunt of her behavior, so you would have the best input. I am someone who tends to forgive easily, but it was very wicked behavior. I want to understand why she did whatever she did. I may just want to strangle her when I find out everything she did to you. It makes me want to cry just thinking of her hurting you; you are so precious to me. You are a lovely human being. I adore you.
