I did forage some greens for smoothies and salads and some rose hips from wild roses for tea.
I did make a smoothie and incorporated the leaves and also used greens powders and mushroom powder and collagen. I usually gulp them down even though in general, they taste pretty good. I just like to get it done quickly. As you can imagine, I am on a health "kick!"
