I just feel that at the right time, my friend will step up for me with the legal thing, just like he did in court. I know it was brave of him and very caring. It is why, I think, that they never brought him back to court again and had to forge his signature. The person who started this really should step up and be honest, but I can see where that would be difficult to do after all this time. (but  be how can they keep it up knowing how much suffering has gone on?At least some help shows

inclined to forgive someone for their honesty, though. I would not seek revenge. I would sign hold harmless. It is a matter of integrity, on both sides. The attorney, though, has no excuse, nor the Psy. They just enjoy being cruel.
