My Email to Everyone


Mr Guasco said to me, after he lied and cheated in the courtroom, (using forgeries and lies throughout this "case") that he could keep me restrained as long as it SEEMED like I wanted a relationship with Dr. Lukaszewicz. Well, isn't he just being the thought police? He has done everything but pull out a gun and shoot me, yet he thinks HE can dictate to people how to think! I never did anything prior to suggest I was pushing myself on Dr. Lukaszewicz, but HE seems to have a very personal, vested interest in assuring everyone behaves according to his wishes. I have not even seen Dr. Lukaszewicz since the last court hearing. I behaved in a proper manner throughout the entire time I knew Dr. Lukaszewicz and so did he, yet Mr. Guasco inserted his own interests into it all and hired a "hit man" Marija Petrovic, to come  in and make a plan to get rid of me. The last time I saw Dr. Lukaszewicz, he asked me about becoming friends. I said that I thought it would be nice. That was all. I dropped him as my doctor, then Marija M. Petrovic went to work terrorizing me, having people bully and gaslight me and then, when Dr. Lukaszewicz came to my surgery at my request, through the ER doctor. I left a voice mail thanking him for coming to my surgery, using a voice mail number given to me by the manager of
Patient Relations. One week later, I was given a TRO for giving Dr. Lukaszewicz gifts and some bogus salacious thing I was to have done, but did not. No one spoke about it in court at all. What did happen, was Dr. Lukaszewicz said basically that he liked the gifts by calling them, "very nice and expensive." With all the mistreatment of me, their lies and manipulation, forgeries, saying Dr. Lukaszewicz was at court, when he was not, keeping me from getting an attorney after usurping the one I had, who did nothing for me then dropped me, then forcing an abusive one on me to keep me quiet and yell at me, Mr. Guasco has a hell of a nerve pushing his "power" off on me and telling me how I am allowed to think, even when I displayed no reason for him to make any judgement call about my thoughts, is more than abuse of power. He had everything at his finger tips: a big law firm, lies to the court, paid judges to ignore my real evidence, threats, false evidence that he didn't show me and  a judge who absolutely beat me to a mental pulp and sent me to jail. Guasco obviously had a lot of money to pave his way, well who couldn't win under those circumstances? Wow, big man, "top attorney" he managed to beat up on a handicapped woman with MS! He should be so proud. The lies he must have "put out there" must have been doozies. I was getting anonymous emails saying to "leave the kind doctor alone" and that no one was going to let me hire them. That is outrageous!

Guasco has obviously been doing this to me for personal reasons. He has his own ideas of how he is going to benefit, but very likely he has a wealthy shadow client who cares very much about the situation and is afraid that her other income and status quo might me disrupted. Mr. Guasco broke nearly every law and rule of court to please someone with big money and had no concern at all if I was killed in the process. There are so many loose ends and unanswered questions, it is obvious that Guasco did not expect me to still be alive. He and Marija Petrovic beat the crap out of me and figured my MS would kill me, or I would kill myself out of frustration and depression. I pulled myself together and went through Hell.....and "kept on going", as Winston Churchill said. Mr. Guasco wanted to be the big hero to his shadow client as he picked up his large paycheck, or forged his way into Dr. Lukaszewicz's identity. Mr. Guasco and his helpers care so little about human life, he would not leave Dr. Lukaszewicz unharmed, if he stole his identity. I am convinced that this has been a plan to get money, big money at Dr. Lukaszewicz's and my expense. I am a scapegoat and Dr. Lukaszewicz is a victim. He is such a good person, but they only see his money. It is attempted murder. It is conspiracy to murder. Mr. Guasco and his crew are criminals of the worst kind. An even competent attorney could get damages that have never been seen before and put them all into Orange jumpsuits for a very long time. This case, looks insignificant, but IT IS A BIG DEAL! It would ROCK KAISER and their law firm, BUTY & CURLIANO! There are MANY WITNESSES who will talk! Guasco's reputation, his marriage to a drug dealer. His own issues....his desperation!  Will ALL work in MY favor! 

Guasco belongs NO WHERE around decent people!
