There is so much self-centered meanness in the world. I don't want it. When I was involved in a tech start-up, it was fun, but eventually people revealed themselves to be fake and uncaring about their cruelty. I am not better than other people, but I don't like that kind of life.
I am terrified about what is going on with this country and the environment. I don't want to run away from it, but while I do my part to fight against the bad going on, I also want to have a peaceful, caring, loving life.

I am tired of ugliness.
I want to forget those horrible people ever existed.
