I don't understand people who want so much to keep a hold of someone else, that they feel they have at the right to curb their freedom. There are no guarantees in life. I believe this entire situation is based on someone's jealousy and trying to force the situation. An attorney is used to keep the "status quo?" So someone else gets their desires at the expense of yours? Who uses an attorney to make certain their partner does not wander and puts the other person in a legal restrain in order to make that happen? That is not only controlling and illegal, but it is desperate and pathetic. A person who is supposed to be confident and in charge does not even have the guts to fight their own battles, but must get someone else to do it for them? That is repugnant and very weak of character.
