Dr. Moayeri could have just TALKED to me before/INSTEAD OF giving me MULTIPLE RESTRAINING ORDERS WITH NO CONCERN HOW IT WAS HURTING ME, or HOW IT WAS AFFECTING DR. LUKASZEWICZ!! ALSO Dr. Moayeri could have just spoken to me instead of making a big story about me having breast cancer, over a year ago and had Dr. Moon say all the strange things to me. Why would anyone but Dr. Moayeri say to me that I take away things that belong to other people? That I get everything I want? That her friend Marija M. Petrovic managed to get me as a patient so she could interrogate me about Dr. Lukaszewicz like she was with the FBI and ask me nothing about myself. The arrogance with which Dr. Moayeri treats me and other people is astonishing.
She acts like we are of no significance or consequence. She appears to treat her domestic/business partner with the same lack of respect and from what I have been told, she keeps him as a prisoner in their home and has him taken back and forth to work. They put up a locked, buzzer door at his work to keep him locked in. They pretend it is to keep others out, but they only just decided to put it up after Dr. Lukaszewicz seemed to have ideas of wanting to be the friend of other people, but Dr. Moayeri does not trust him with freedom. Tell her to act like a normal human being and let Dr. Lukaszewicz have the freedom to leave home on his own. She started doing this prisoner stuff after he decided he wanted to be my friend. I bet she would scream no end if it were done to her.
It appears she thinks she has become god. I think she has lost some reality. Oh yeah, and that “small thing” about trying to kill me. It needs to end.
Dr. Lukaszewicz deserves a life too. She isn’t the only one with a life. At least he does not try to take any away! SET HIM FREE!
Because Kaiser does not seem to care about the quality of the attorneys they allow to do free legal work for doctors, they allow a subpar attorney who seems well versed in TROs and R.O.s. ONLY, since those are the parts of law he uses to get rid of patients with pre-existing conditions after they become Kaiser members. Since President Obama made it illegal to keep a person from being disqualified for pre-existing conditions. Mr. Guasco, the “attorney” frames them with some heinous atrocity and it obviously gives Kaiser an in to kick the patient off the insurance rolls. It is a disgraceful way to run a hospital and accumulate a large surplus/war chest ($28 bil)
That way, if you are in Mr. Guasco’s sights, he can buy any verdict, or legal matter against you.

Marija M. Petrovic attacked me on the phone in the hotel room trying to manipulate me to humiliate me into obviously trying to kill me? What psychiatrist treats a patient like an interrogation subject asking all kinds of questions about a doctor? Why? Obviously because she was Dr. Moayeri’s friend and had her come to Kaiser as the security Guard, Edward Souza said to me, “she was hired by Dr.Moayeri to GET RID OF YOU!” She has been going after me for YEARS! She must be keeping close tabs on Dr. Lukaszewicz because she does not trust him, but she decided to have a woman ask me when I came into the ER if I wanted to speak with someone nice. I wish to God I had said no! Dr. Moayeri was afraid Dr. Lukaszewicz was losing interest in her? I don’t know, but the words from the police officer still burn in my brain “I know of the woman who lives here, you know, it isn’t only men who are abusers, women are abusers too.” It frightened me and it frightened me remembering hearing his frightened voice when he said he had to hang up and just slammed the phone down. The police officer was truly trying to get me to approve the welfare check and he said, “better to be safe than sorry” so I nearly didn’t agree to it. Mr. Guasco, later in court, mocked me for my concern and said I only did it somehow to live vicariously through the police. I had also asked the police if they could do an extra patrol around the neighborhood, they agreed, but Mr. Guasco called it off. Criminals do that.
The last time I saw Dr. Lukaszewicz personally up close where he wasn’t being threatened into saying what he was told was October 2016. Dr. Lukaszewicz asked me to be his friend, so I dropped him as my doctor. Then 100, or so days, later I needed gallbladder removal surgery, so I asked the ER doctor if Dr. Lukaszewicz could observe. My surgeon said he had been there and the floor nurse said he came to check on me. I asked the patient relations manager if there were a message line where I could leave a thank you message. She told me and I did. About a week later I was served a TRO. No warning no nothing. I was interested about the handwriting, since I had worked at the Federal Reserve Band and notice when things don’t match. I had 3 different handwriting experts tell me that they were forgeries and the person who did the forgery was Dr. Moayeri’s friend, Marija M. Petrovic. About a year and a half ago her time was up and she ran off to Florida.
I have lived 145 miles away for quite awhile now and Dr. Moayeri has had her world to herself, yet she still had to attack my little life and why? She wanted to terrorize me and make me worry about breast cancer and say ugly things to me and lure me into surgery. Why? She has had Dr. Lukaszewicz alone for a long while now. He has come to court looking beaten up and like a terrified animal. There is something very wrong with how he is being treated. I heard he goes nowhere and is taken from work to home and back again. I THINK SHE JUST ENJOYS BEATING UP ON PEOPLE! Mr. Guasco gave me another restraining order so I could not ask Dr. Lukaszewicz to observe the surgery. Guasco gave no reason for 5 MORE YEARS? That man is a criminal and a recent drug dealer. After the terrifying biopsies, I will never go into surgery alone. I know she wants to maim me, or kill me. I am tired of DR. MOAYERI and her cowardly attacks. If she ever wanted to have a chance with a person in a caring relationship don’t abuse them. DR. LUKASZEWICZ is a VICTIM OF ABUSE and HE DESERVES TO LEAVE! HE IS A GOOD, KIND, CARING PERSON! ALL SHE DOES IS SEEM TO BE HATING! She should not restrict his movement! He deserves not to be a Stockholm Syndrome victim. SHE ALSO needs to LEAVE ME ALONE! I was his patient and we had a lovely relationship; she needs to keep to her own business and stop hiring people to go after me.That is not rational thinking to keep going after me; the false restraining orders are still ruining my life! She and Mr. Guasco need to drop them AND FREE DR. LUKASZEWICZ!! They are ILLEGAL! She can go to prison for them! If this doesn’t get straighten out, and stopped I WILL see she goes!
