 It is cruel of Guasco to drag me, with worse MS and a breast cancer diagnosis,  to an early court appearance, so that I will need to have a driver and stay the night in the car in order to be there in time.  I take a cancer med and supplements and am often in pain. He has a TRO he made up using what I ,"might do" as a reason and my 3 (he claims 5) phone messages in support of Dr. Lukaszewicz and asking if he would observe my breast cancer surgery as he did my gallbladder removal surgery. Guasco knew I was waiting for the R.O. to be over, so I could call and ask. He was ready to pounce.Even though I have been terrified about my health, I still complied with the false R.O. but I fear another cruel, doctor, an associate of  Dr. Moayeri, after what she had Dr. Moon do to me, will do to me in surgery. She wants me dead, or brain dead. I'd rather take my chances with cancer. It is such an odd premise for a TRO, that I worry Guasco feels he has it "already in the bag" as it has been in the past, which is how I was railroaded all this time, plus foisting off Attorney's on me that were not then doing it as part of the Pvt. Def. Prog. But both worked for Guasco, not for me at all. Neither helped me at all. If I am there without someone to protect me, I will be a lamb to slaughter. It scares me. He doesn't mind picking on a senior widow with MS, a cancer diagnosis,with a FALSE TRO! Not a drop of compassion for me, or the many others he has harmed, most notably, Jeff Lusk another victim of Guasco, who has a son with a severe brain injury. Guasco loves to taunt him with jail, knowing he is the only care giver to his son. Jeff never did anything wrong either. Guasco is someone who needs to be removed from decent society. He is a bona fide terrible, unrepentant monster. I would pay to have someone there to protect me, if I can afford the fee. Be very well and safe. Cp
