If the person who started the legal "thing" would end it now and leave people to their own devices without interfering, I would do what I could to mitigate her involvement in it, otherwise, since no concern was shown me and now having possible cancer; I am not going to waste my sympathy on her. Even now, I worry about how things affect others, while I was not given a second thought to the cruelty I endured, or you endured. That is completely narcissistic and hateful.
