 I may go get a little nosh.

 I only had one chicken leg quarter yesterday. The weight doesn't exactly roll off of me. I went 7 days w/out eating and no difference at all, except it did get easier to not eat. The thing is, eating is enjoyable. But, I need to step up my exercise. I was going from walking 6 miles every other day to nearly sedentary. Shameful.....but I have been numb from sadness.

 I try to keep myself busy for various reasons, but to keep myself from being awfully sad all of the time from this purposeful cruelty of being taken away from a friend who was so effective as a factor in joy and desire to do better for myself.  I'm still de aling somewhat with communication issues and trying to keep myself in an

upbeat way, since being down in the dumps is very trying. I worry about you. Things MUST GET BETTER! I was finding some small, cute things to mail to a few friends to be cheery. I had found a few small child things that were adorable that went with with mermaids, since my neice's little ergirl is named Lorelei. One thing was a sleeping bag that looked like the lower portion of  a mermaid and all purple and sparkly. So cute!

I always appreciated how much it seemed like you tried to be up beat, even in  a crappy situation. It could not have been easy. You are a sweetie and so easy to love! And I do! 

It is nasty how my foot still hurts so badly after the terrible infection I had that sent me to the hospital awhile ago! Could be worse! You are such a trouper!

 I live in such a wild weather area, one never knows if the power will be knocked out, like it was the last few days!

That left me with no lights and no Internet and no warm blanket and worse, no phone; it was frustrating. I 

could not even thank my mother for her Christmas kindness that gave me a new washer/dryer, or welcome 

her back from her cruise. It felt lonely and isolated; the Post Office has been closed for many days, so 

mailing cards wasn't even an option. There is such thing as too remote. Oh well. I missed someone and it hurt. ....a lot. All you can do is hope they understand and know you care.
