I have been living in excruciating pain for many years now and so has my friend and former doctor, Dr. Lukaszewicz. The people who did this to two innocent people, did it for the very purpose of causing pain and deception; nothing was a mistake, or innocent; if it caused death or mental breakdown, so much the better, as far as they were concerned.
The local police officer in Hillsborough told me that Dr. Moayeri was Dr. Lukaszewicz's abuser, so when I was shown evidence by Dr. Lukaszewicz that he had been personally disfigured, my first thought is that he was telling me that she did it to him and that he needs to tell his story and given his chance at freedom and safety. HE HAS NONE NOW! They have added me into their deception to the court.
Dr. Moayeri added me into the terror she continues to give to Dr. Lukaszewicz, by having her colleague, Dr. Moon of Radiology in Daly City add in her terror when she was supposed to be taking breast cancer biopsies, she waved a long needle past my eyes and pretended to seriously stab at me and berate me at the same time. I knew she was talking for Dr. Moayeri about Dr. Lukaszewicz; it made me realize Dr. Moayeri was not sane and Dr. Moon could not be very sane to carry out such an insane plan against an innocent person she didn't even know.
At the same time Dr. Moon threatened me physically she spoke about my having taken away something that belonged to someone else. It made no sense, but I figured someone with a twisted mind might look at people as property. They were not married, but normal people do not do such things to other human beings....not normal people anyway. So, Dr. Moayeri thinks that is normal behavior? News report: IT IS NOT NORMAL!
Putting me through over 6 years of threats, restraining orders, lies, humiliation, CONTEMPTS OF COURT, JAIL! Dr. Moayeri and Mike Guasco have made life MISERABLE for myself and Dr. Lukaszewicz by falsely saying that he gave a restraining order to his grateful patient, who merely thanked him for his kindness and bringing me back to life and saving it from another of Dr. Moayeri's attackers, a psychiatrist from Serbia who was trying to mentally manipulate me to kill myself. He knew I was in danger and came to the rescue.
DR. LUKASZEWICZ IS A TRUE AMERICAN HERO!
Attorney Michael Guasco and Kaiser surgeon, Noushin Nicole Moayeri, of Harvard &
Stanford is most certainly not the top of her class, like Dr. Lukaszewicz of Harvard
surgery! He is a talented surgeon and a kind person who did not deserve the treatment
he has gotten at the hands of those two EVIL people, plus he has been LABOR
TRAFFICKED from what I got from Dr. Lukaszewicz! It has been a LONG time that he
brought that up to me! I have told KAISER TIME, AFTER TIME, BUT THEY HAVE DONE
NOTHING TO HELP INNOCENT PEOPLE! I HAVE PLEADED WITH KAISER IN HOUSE
ATTORNEYS ON UP TO THE CEOS! NO ONE AT KAISER CARES ABOUT THE CRIME

Please let me know if I send in a form in that says you want to make your own legal decisions and use your true replica to sign it. It is better to use something you actually signed than not and at least have it be your true wishes than not. Let me know. Please. At least know I have the money to carry it out fully. I did not before. I am trying to give you your rights back, not limit them. One thing I truly want to do is go visit "B" sometime soon with you; if that isn't too imposing. I miss her, but L feel like things have changed somehow. I hope she will bless us both in our own special ways. She helped keep me alive.
