Dear John, It is obvious that someone has been intimidating you. So, this case must be handled like a normal false R.O. case that needs to have the one necessary witness. Get him in and get it over. Maybe, if you are being harassed, the judge needs to be notified, and or a body guard needs to be used. I imagine you have run into the situation before, if I am correct about my fears. We must talk, because maybe I am making this all up in my head, but all my other attorneys (Through the Bar Association) completely began treating me the way you have started doing to me........putting me off, etc. There must be a legal group that can help. Unless I am wrong, or body guard, I am sorry that you may be going through it. I don't know what to do. If you want to discuss any problems, please do. Bless you.
