I may go get a little nosh.
I only had one chicken leg quarter yesterday. The weight doesn't exactly roll off of me. I went 7 days w/out eating and no difference at all, except it did get easier to not eat. The thing is, eating is enjoyable. But, I need to step up my exercise. I was going from walking 6 miles every other day to nearly sedentary. Shameful.....but I have been numb from sadness.
