Rocky Mountain Suite

Lyrics

Up in a meadow in Jasper, Alberta
Two men and four ponies on a long, lonesome ride
To see the high country and learn of her people
The ways that they live there, the ways that they die
One is a teacher, and one a beginner
Just wanting to be there, wanting to know
And together they're trying to tell us a story
That should have been listened to long, long ago
How the life in the mountains is living in danger
From too many people, too many machines
And the time is upon us, today is forever
Tomorrow is just one of yesterday's dreams
Cold nights in Canada and icy blue winds
The man and the mountains are brothers again
Clear waters are laughing, they sing to the skies
The Rockies are living, they never will die
Up in a meadow in Jasper, Alberta
Two men and four ponies on a long, lonesome ride

I feel like crying today.
That quote can have many implications. A person should be always be measured by the content of their character alone. Anything else is purely superficial and unimportant. I mean that with everything in me.
I keep getting a frightened feeling about your health. Are you okay? I so need to know.
Obviously, how I come off writing and in my frustration, is going to seem a bit over the top, but I want you to understand how much I would like to take care of you and never have you feel alone, or vulnerable to people who think they should have the right to
make you feel bad about yourself. Screw them!
What I would like to do is first get you safe. I think that if we combine our forces and decide how we want as friendship, it would be good. Trust is essential. I want to be there for you and you will see how you want it to be for yourself. All I know is that I always want to protect you and help you feel free, but be safe. After this awful time, I would like us to be strong for each other, so no one can manipulate, or take advantage of either of us again. A united force.  It is just my idea, like it, or not, but I want to not worry about you being vulnerable to predators, or have people run our lives. I lived 5 years of worry for you and people being suspicious about me. I don't like seeing you pushed around, or hearing about you being bullied. It absolutely devastated me. I do not like the idea of smarmy people thinking they can speak for you, or keep good people from seeing you. You need to be independent, autonomous, strong, but, with your agreement, allow me to be a support and comfort. I enjoyed you so much, I felt like we could be lovely friends. I want you to be my best friend and share everything I am and I have. I would like to laugh and have fun with you, but it is all up to you. Trust, loyalty, respect, kindness and
compassion would have to be key elements. I think time to rekindle what felt like a sweet friendship, would be nice. No one can hurt people who look out for each other. I never knew anyone who made me feel so protective and caring toward  them like you do. No one will ever be allowed to hurt you, or make you
feel bad, if I have anything to say about it. My poems are as true today as they were when I wrote them. My feelings are true toward you and I would not be hurt, if you had me take lie detection. It seems sensible after what you and I have been through. Please forget my outburst that time, it was stupid. I didn't even feel serious at the time about what I was saying I was frustrated. I felt like an asshole. Let me know what you think when you can about being supportive of each other. I would love it! I want to know the amazing person I had the too short pleasure of getting to know. It felt so sweet and inspiring. Be very well.
I miss you terribly my friend. Stay safe.
I don't have any idea what you what you want to do about your "friend", but she actively sought me out to harm me and from what I have gathered, has harmed you too. I think her behavior has been extraodinarily bizarre, violent and intended to cause great distress, if not more. The MRI I had said that my MS has become worse. She had a Serbian psychiatrist, her friend, M M. P to get me as her patient to gather information from me and attack me with mental manipulation and false diagnoses. I was told by then security guard Edward Souza, that she was hired "specifically to get rid of you!" He wrote false contempt charges for Attorney G, which I believe were significant in my being jailed. Mr G had two attorneys pretend to work in my defense, but in reality, were merely to keep me quiet and scream at me and make me feel like a major problem. I was made to worry nonstop about my situation, but more significantly, about my doctor's safety. I could not understand why it was being done to me. Ultimately, I decided that it was being
done to punish my doctor for his kind attention to my health situation and because I gave him gifts of thanks. They wanted him to witness my suffering and feel helpless to do anything. It was very organized crime inspired style method of operation. It was designed to create a rift between the two main characters, myself and Dr. L. That will never be the case for me. I will love and adore him forever. I wish I could hold him right now.
(To be continued)
I will always take care of you, should you ever need.
You are so loved.
Are you okay? Please let me know. I get so worried.
No surprises and no problem, but lots of love and joy! I do love you forever!
(Pardon my effusiveness!)
I miss my Range Rover. It was the vehicle that I was driving when my angel saved me from breaking down in a scary area around 4 am, or so.  Quite an amazing experience. The Jerks from the HOA lured me to park it where it could towed.  I had no funds to retrieve it. Many small sadnesses that nag at me, but the biggest sadness is losing you. Often I feel like I am enduring a daily punch in the gut. Just one more to add to the pile of torment.
Hope I sleep in long and well.
You too. Sending love and hugs.
I think the cancer med is making me ache. I want to stop it. I think it was meant to cause me to endure side effects I don't think I ever needed it. Suddenly, no one cares about my having surgery. I think it is because I said I wanted the person I most trust there, so now no one asks me to come in for surgery; what could that mean? More torment, disfigurement, death, brain dead? It must mean something bad.  I just cannot believe the cruelty of the people around you. I cannot go there for any definitive answers about my condition. I must wait and wonder. I have an aura of sadness that lingers in my being, because my heart misses you.
Be well. Very well.
I saw an ad for a Prime series called, "Radioactive."  It is, of course, about the discovery of Marie Curie and Pierre Curie. The "stuff" that gave me my rare cancer, pPNET. (20 years after exposure) It is nearly 2 am and I am eating dinner. I am such a free spirit! :-)
I was forever thrown off a "normal" schedule when I spent so much time at K Santa Clara (the old one) and was awake at all hours. I had to drink gallons of water to reach a specific gravity prior to chemo.  It was pretty awful. It seemed like the water jut fell out of me when I got out of bed; I did a lot of hand laundry. I had the room with all my bits of home in it and a sound machine to keep out hospital noises. I stayed a good part of a year (or so) in the hospital. How lovely, had I known you then! Once, you made it sound like you did know me then and I strained my brain over it. I wish I could have known you longer.  So much time has been wasted, in my opinion anyway. I suppose it is a snore to hear me say how much I care about you, but I cannot help it.  I get a little stab in the heart when I think of you. It isn't unpleasant; it's more of a sudden tickle than an actual stab.  I have never experienced it before.  Being in love with you, is the most amazing experience of my life.  Having you away has been the most horrible experience.  I am grateful.
I wish I could understand why you are under the thumb of an insane person. I wish you would call the DA and get the truth out there. Of course, I don't know your situation.  I just want to get you out of it. My trial starts Dec 2. My defense is the truth. I think it would be great, if you joined me with it. I guess you could write a statement. I hope you won't be pressured to not tell the truth. You spoke up before; it just didn't stop their cruelty. I was so happy to see you. I do not understand how they had the temerity to ignore it. We should have jammed out of the courtroom and taken off. That would have told them all!
The asshole attorney then extend it all for two years for no reason, forged your signature, said you were there, used my old emails from 2015 as "evidence", which came out of my being told by de Guzman I did an "inappropriate behavior" that made me worry I could be arrested at any moment, so I wrote many emails to ask what it was all about. De Guzman got a permanent job in Communications there at SSF K. That jerk weasel security guard who always yelled at me and made me get up from resting (yes, even when I was waiting after surgery for a ride home) he got a permanent job in Janitorial for his part in making up false contempt charges to get me thrown into jail. I cannot muster one good thing to say about him except that he told me that MP was hired to come there specifically to get rid of me....obviously no limitations on the meaning of "get rid of" after the attack on me at the hotel, which nearly ended in my death. You stopped it. Bless you, loveliest one. I owe you and adore you.
I would love to work for you.
I dream of the day I am able to see you again. I dream of the day you are not the target of predators. I dream of the day you can just drive away and do as you please. I want to know you again. I want to enjoy hearing what you have to say and how you feel about everything important to you.
I don't know your favorite music, colors (pastels?) favorite foods (salmon, veggies, greens....or are those for health, but not indulgence....)
I hope you like hugs.....they are very nice!

Listening to Arthur Rubinstein giving a sort of master class.  Sweet Teddy bear of a man. Such a poet.

I keep feeling like I am going to see recrimination for my recent, disappointed outburst and my messages. I hope I will be treated with kindness. I have gone through so much. I wanted to connect with you again.
You are greatly missed and so adored.
I live a very small life.
I dearly care about you. I would go to jail, or die to save you. Your well-being comes before mine to me.
I love you forever.

I always say that if you needed my last kidney, I would be honored to give mine to you. You already have my heart.
I did not give you the signed GS book
and orchid called "Zen" to mock you. I did it to make you happy. It is the fact that people with perverted minds confiscated them.

Quotes About Narcissists

How do you get over a narcissist?
How do you get over that overwhelming feeling that you've been used, lied to, and emotionally abused by someone you loved so much?
And how do you even know that you are/were in a narcissistic relationship in the first place?
Internet searches about narcissists and how to get over them have exploded over the years. More people than ever before are questioning if what they’re going through in their relationship is normal or “something else.” Most of them are looking for a way out.
But what is the first step? What makes someone suspecting come out of their self-imposed despair?
It's often a remark from a friend or family member, something they've read, or that persisting intuitive voice that can‘t be silenced anymore.

A Narcissist Perceives Themselves as Being “Perfect”

Perfect Narcissist
Narcissists are beyond all criticism; they can‘t apply external input to improve themselves. That‘s why they always look for the source of the problem outside themselves.
“Since narcissists deep down feel themselves to be faultless, it is inevitable that when they are in conflict with the world they will invariably perceive the conflict as the world’s fault.”
— M. Scott Peck
“A narcissist paints a picture of themselves as being the victim or innocent in all aspects. They will be offended by the truth. But what is done in the dark will come to light. Time has a way of showing people’s true colors.”
— Karla Grimes

A Narcissist Can Disguise Themselves as the Perfect Partner

One of the most perfidious things about narcissists is that they can camouflage themselves as being the nicest person on the planet (it’s the so-called “honeymoon period” when they present themselves as absolute delights). This makes it so difficult to acknowledge and accept their true nature.
“Nobody can be kinder than the narcissist while you react to life on his terms.”
— Elizabeth Bowen
“The lion is most handsome when looking for food.”
— Rumi
“Narcissists will destroy your life, erode your self-esteem, and do it with such stealth as to make you feel that you are the one that's letting them down.”

Narcissists Are Incapable of Experiencing Real Love (or Even Empathy)

Narcissists Are Incapable of Experiencing Real Love
For many victims, this is a fact that is so difficult to accept: While they can certainly fake being in love or make you believe that they truly love you, the narcissist cannot love us back the way we love them. Their affection is always tied to certain conditions:
“A man who loves others based solely on how they make him feel, or what they do for him, is really not loving others at all — but loving only himself.”
— Criss Jami
“How starved you must have been that my heart became a meal for your ego.”
— Amanda Torroni
“Narcissistic love is riding on the rollercoaster of disaster filled with a heart full of tears.”
— Sheree Griffin
“There was nothing more unattractive than narcissism, she thought: nothing could transform beauty into a cloying, unattractive quality than that self-conscious appreciation of self.”
— Alexander McCall Smith
“Love doesn’t die a natural death. Love has to be killed, either by neglect or narcissism.”
— Frank Salvato
“The narcissist devours people, consumes their output, and casts the empty, writhing shells aside.”
— Sam Vaknin
“Have you ever been in a relationship with an individual who demands your attention incessantly and becomes depressed, sulky and even full of rage if your attention goes elsewhere? This is one of the earliest warning signs of a narcissist. Please understand healthy adults do not behave in such a way. This is where people who know the difference turn their back and walk away; they know that any person ringing them 10 times a day and demanding attention is not well. Unfortunately, many individuals, as I did, can mistake (or delude ourselves) that this high need for attention means we're loved, missed and adored, or maybe we felt wrong in leaving or speaking up, as a result of our own deficient boundary function. Please be assured, this is not love; it's the deadly calling card of the narcissist.“
— Melanie Tonia Evans

What Is Classic Narcissistic Behavior?

Classic Narcissistic Behavior
So many people are finally waking up and drawing a line to narcissistic abuse. Thanks to the internet, they now have the means to inform themselves about behavior they suspect abnormal for a romantic partner.
When you had to suffer in silence for years and people around you were telling you to shut up and keep going, reading about others who are enduring the very same thing can be a revelation.
Do you recognize the following patterns?
“Narcissists have poor self-esteem, but they are typically very successful. They feel entitled; they’re self-important; they crave admiration and lack empathy. They are also exploitative and envious. The malignant types never forget a slight. They may kill you ten years later for cutting them off in traffic. But they act perfectly normal while plotting their revenge.”
— Janet M. Tavakoli
“Withhold admiration from a narcissist and be disliked. Give it and be treated with indifference.”
— Mason Cooley
“Narcissism is a grave condition of insecurity and desperately feeling unloved and unacceptable. An individual with Narcissistic Personality Disorder inherently believes they are ‘damaged goods' and fears other individuals will discover the truth: that they feel powerless. Thus the narcissist invests a great deal of energy into ‘gaining the upper hand', to hide feeling vulnerable, insecure and broken. When they are getting what they want, the charm is flowing and plentiful. When the charm doesn't work the intimidation begins. Narcissism is categorized as an unhealthy level of self-absorption and a lack of empathy regarding how their insecure, aggressive and damaging behavior affects the world around them.”
— Melanie Tonia Evans

Narcissists Through the Eyes of Their Victims

How does it feel to be in love with a narcissist? How does that really look like?
“Relationships with narcissists are held in place by hope of a ‘someday better,’ with little evidence to support it will ever arrive.”
— Ramani Durvasula
“Sadly, when many individuals realize that the narcissist is insecure and isn't reassured, they try harder to love this person. Additionally, the narcissist blames his her behavior on something that you are or aren't doing, and a hooked person we may try to ‘do it better' or ‘get it right.' Your increased efforts to love and fix the narcissist only lines you up for more abuse.”
— Melanie Tonia Evans
“Relationship with a narcissist in a nutshell: You will go from being the perfect love of their life, to nothing you do is ever good enough. You will give your everything and they will take it all and give you less and less in return. You will end up depleted, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and probably financially, and then get blamed for it.”
— Bree Bonchay

Are Narcissists Really Evil Human Beings?

Are Narcissists Really Evil Human Beings?
It is easy to dismiss narcissists as evil or malicious (and maybe that helps a while with the recovery), but the truth is that they are still human beings who suffer from a pathological personality disorder. From a certain point of view, they are victims too and deserve our compassion:
“When I look at narcissism through the vulnerability lens, I see the shame-based fear of being ordinary. I see the fear of never feeling extraordinary enough to be noticed, to be lovable, to belong, or to cultivate a sense of purpose.”
— Brené Brown
“We react to our experiences according to our training and temperament and health and so on. One pattern of reactions we call Narcissistic Personality Disorder.
Narcissists do not choose to be Narcissists.
On the other hand, just because I feel compassionate, this does not mean that it is okay to hurt me or other people. Many people’s methods of taking care of themselves are not very evolved.
If I encounter a toddler with a machete, I may feel worried about the toddler, but I still get out of the way so that I do not get hurt.
In the process of taking care of their own needs, many people with NPD hurt those around them. They are swinging mental machetes — devaluing words and abusive actions.
Punchline: I believe that Narcissists deserve our compassion, but compassion does not involve giving them permission to hurt other people or overlooking any damage that they do.”
— Elinor Greenberg
“I am a recovering narcissist. I thought narcissism was about self-love till someone told me there is a flip side to it. It is actually drearier than self-love; it is unrequited self-love.”
— Emily Levine

Conclusion

narcissism kills love

Narcissists are out there and they can be anywhere around you.
It is important that you recognize the signs of narcissistic abuse and act accordingly.
But the most important thing is always to realize that there‘s NOTHING wrong with you … even when your narcissistic partner claims otherwise on a daily basis.
I hope the preceding quotes offered you some kind of insight or even gave you the last push you needed to finally escape that toxic relationship.

That's Me!

Courage, Maya Angelou

I have left messages for the DA's office asking about what has happened to me and asking why I was told that I cannot legally speak with my doctor. I think it is a lie, but whatever. I will find out. His "friend" may be in a world of trouble at some point for her "hitman" hires against me, especially the last one. Her erratic and violent nature make me worry for her "friend", my doctor. She is not a nice person and I think she has no problem hurting people. I think that smarmy attorney may be trying to create more problems for me. This has been insane and his roommate needs to get mental health help. If she has been abusive to my doctor, she will be finished. I would drag her with my bare hands to the police station. I cannot stand the thought of anyone harming him at all. If she has been hurting him, I hope she goes to prison. She and that attorney and his minions are vile, predatory creatures and do not care about what a beautiful human being he is and such amazing kindness he shows people.
I went through 5 years of brutal terror and then your "friend" had 2 "hitmen" attack me (a felony) saying crazy things to me and yet when the entire false law is over, I am told I cannot speak with you. Why? Do you want to not see me? I gave you up to become a friend, but instead, I went through brutal times and jail, and threatening torment and when it was over, rejected without a care. I know you said the friend bit as a means to have me drop you, but you seemed sincere about wanting to be a friend. All I have ever cared about was you and your safety. You made it very awkward that last day, but I was not surprised.  Why was I smeared as a perv? I did nothing, you put on the display. I turned away. I love you for who you are. Please don't let them hurt me any longer.
Is this a part of the waiting period? I need to know.
This just seems mean to be mean. If you never want to see me, just call me and tell me that. It feels hurtful, but I know that is not you. Don't let me have such anxiety. Please?
Should I have the PD do a check on you?
I need to know you are okay. Please, I am scared.
It hurts to live in Limbo.....so it is cruel. It creates anxiety. It is sad that a person who is a victim too, must continue to suffer. I paid a long, illegal, terrible price, but it has not ended and no word when it will end. That is unAmerican, unethical, violating civil rights and inhumane. The criminal(s) who did the hurting go on happily with life while the innocent victims live in sadness and despair. It is unbelievably wrong.
There is nothing that would stop me from caring for and about you. Life has not been nice without you. I am sorry about my outburst. It has been 5 years of brutality and false law with people being told I am not a nice person. They did everything to try and crush me. I must admit, I was crushed when I was rejected. I guess I reached a threshold. I have withstood so much. I believed you, so I did not understand. I know you would not purposely hurt me, but I still reacted badly. At least I am not someone who threatens and hurts innocent people without a care, no remorse and who holds someone prisoner. That is called an abusive, narcissistic, unhinged criminal. They rarely change their ways.
Please be safe.
I would love and protect you forever. You have my heart,
my loyalty and complete dedication. I could never cause you pain, or sadness. My only joy in life is your happiness.
Most people would say this is unfair treatment. Five years of suffering and then longer of an undertermined
time. I did not react well. It was humiliating and I was
blindsided. It is more of the same as I have suffered. It feels like I am forgotten, or worse. I know it has been designed to make me feel low. Amazing how a criminal can make the noncriminal feel bad. I also feel neglected as far as my health. I was tortured and terrorized and then nothing. I don't want to take this med if it is not necessary. It can also cause cancer....
Please! I need to find out if I have cancer! I feel so abandoned.
