That place is a Hell hole. It is beneath you. They put you through insane antics and treat you like shit and even steal your identity by forgery. That isn't normal. You could sue for millions. Now, even your life could be in danger with an epidemic/pandemic! You deserve better. I do not know how they get away with it, but it is illegal. I will always back you up and stand up for you.
