I keep wondering what we get for our $349 HOA dues per month. Once in a blue moon they paint and they have one horrible, bigoted, threatening gardener, who whacks weeds, then they have volunteers/owners working a gardening day, every so often. So, where does the HOA dues go? There is no spa, pool, gym, nothing! How do the justify the income? They also charge a late fee...for what? Do they have a party for themselves with it? Maybe for future roofing?  No one ever wants to just give an answer! That drives me wild! Truth is such a rare commodity!
