How can reviewing lies be helpful to anything? Mr. Jacome barely said two
words, refused to give my evidence and basically did not object to anything
that the subversively driven prosecutor said AND WORST OF ALL; HE DID
NOT CROSS EXAMINE THE WITNESS, DR. LUKASZEWICZ! My emails I
gave Mr. Jacome, would have contradicted his every lie, that was given ONLY
AS A MEANS TO CLEAR MR. GUASCO! There was NO REASON to the
ENTIRE "TRIAL" but to smear me with LIES, merely to EXONERATE
MIKE GUASCO, CRIMINAL, TO OBFUSCATE HIS CRIMINALITY! THE
TIME, EFFORT, AND MONEY THAT WENT INTO THIS COUNTY "TRIAL"
WAS ALL DONE AS A NARCISSISTIC MEANS TO CLEAR MIKE GUASCO
AND SEAL THE LIES HE MADE DR. LUKASZEWICZ TELL AGAINST ME,
THAT IF HE COULD SPEAK FREELY, WOULD REFUTE! Mike Guasco has
the GALL to MESS with our JUDICIAL SYSTEM TO SUCH A DEGREE,
THAT HE WOULD HOLD A FAKE TRIAL MERELY TO GIVE HIMSELF
AN ALIBI FOR HIS CRIMES! WHO HAS THAT GALL? A MONUMENTAL,
CROOKED NARCISSIST, THAT IS WHO! SCREW ANYONE ELSE! KAISER
FELL FOR HIS "FREE LEGAL FOR DOCTORS" CRAP, IT IS MERELY ENTRE
INTO CONTROLLING THEM AND OTHER PEOPLE FOR HIS OWN
FINANCIALGAIN, WHILE ALSO KICKING KAISER MEMBERS OFF TO SAVE THEM
MONEY BECAUSE THEY ARE NOW FORCED TO TAKE MEMBERS WITH
PREVIOUS MEDICAL CONDITIONS! So after an appropriate amount of
time, Guasco SETS UP COSTLY PATIENTS AS THOSE WHO SHOULD GET
A TRO, USES THE NAME OF A KAISER EMPLOYEE AS PLAINTIFF ON
PAPERWORK AND AN ACTOR IN COURT TO SOB AND WAIL! HE IS
USING BASICALLY THE SAME TEMPLATE AGAINST ME NOW! KAISER
WAS DUMB ENOUGH TO FALL FOR HIS CRIMINAL IDEA!
(I think Mr. Tyson may have also been involved......)
MR. GUASCO IS EVIL AND NEEDS TO GO! HE HAS ALREADY TRIED
TO HELP MOAYERI TO KILL ME AND HE WILL TRY AGAIN, BUT HE
NEEDS TO BE STOPPED AND ARRESTED! THERE IS NO WAY OUT FOR
DR. LUKASZEWICZ OTHERWISE! I THINK GUASCO HAS COMPROMISED
ANYONE WITH AUTHORITY, BECAUSE STUPID, GULLIBLE KAISER
GIVES HIM UNLIMITED FUNDS TO BUY HIS OUTCOMES!
If you had heard the way, Mark Zemelman, exec. VP and in-house Kaiser
attorney was speaking to me after this whole thing began, you would have
been astounded. He was screaming and crying at me while I was speaking to
him on the phone! I can understand why Dr. Lukaszewicz is intimidated by
him and lies for him! I would not be surprised if Guasco threatened the
lives of people close to him.
I have a hard time understanding it all, but I think that when people have
the opportunity to break free from him.......THEY SHOULD! DON'T GO
AGAINST THE LAW TO HELP A SMARMY CRIMINAL!
