I made a great tuna cake last night for dinner. It was big enough for me to save 1/2 for dinner today. It was just cheapie tuna, but it tastes like something of nice quality. I have organic veggie juice along with it. Yesterday I cut up a potato to go along with it, but I have not eaten all day and was too hungry to cook a potato. I put some organic spring mix and dijon mustard on it. Very nice!
