 I just sent this (basically again) on Twitter as a message to Kaiser. I sent it before I was finished correcting it, by mistake. Oh well.

Dr. N. Nicole Moayeri has threatened my life through people who act as her willing hit men. Having other people do her dirty work for her shows that she is not sane and should not be dealing with patients. She and Kaiser contract attorney Mike Guasco have been holding hostage, her domestic partner, Dr. Gregory Lukaszewicz at home and at work. He is held under lock and key and camera and threat and intimidation.. I have filed police reports against both as well as Dr. Moon, with the Daly City Kaiser who terrorized me with medical instruments and an intimidating rant that could have only come from Dr. Moayeri. They were words originated from a sick mind. She sounded like she actually OWNED Dr. Lukaszewicz and that I was trying to take away her possession. A Hillsborough police officer told me that she is an abuser and urged me to have a welfare check done on Dr. Lukaszewicz when he called me as my doctor, sounded frightened and quickly hung up, w/no caller I.D..She was the one who got the Kaiser Kaiser contract attorney, Mike Guasco to break the law and put her former domestic partner's name on a restraining order, Dr. Gregory C. Lukaszewicz, as a plaintiff against me. That was in direct conflict with Dr. Lukaszewicz's recent actions and requests. Dr. Lukaszewicz asked me if I wanted to be his friend and he came to observe my gallbladder removal surgery at my request approx 100 days later. I asked the Patient Relation's manager, Bertha Ponz if there were a phone number I could call to tell Dr. Lukaszewicz thank you for his kindness and for keeping me safe. I had my surgery on his 1/2 day off. I believe Dr. Moayeri is harming me to punish him, because it is how her sick mind works. He had to lie during the trial with the DA, since he was threatened and he is basically a Stockholm Syndrome victim. Mike Guasco says he gives free legal assistance to doctors, but he has been nothing but a opportunist and a predator, from what I have observed. He supposedly works for Kaiser and Dr. Lukaszewicz and Dr. Moayeri; that is NOT possible! It is a conflict of interest! I believe that harm will come to Dr. Lukaszewicz and then to Dr. Moayeri. I believe he will turn the tables on her too. HE SHOULD NOT HOLD DR. LUKASZEWICZ AS A PRISONER, NOR ME UNDER A FALSE RESTRAINING ORDER!.I AM A SCAPEGOAT FOR WHATEVER IS BEING DONE AND GOING TO BE DONE TO DR. LUKASZEWICZ! GET DR. MOAYERI MENTAL HELP and give DR. LUKASZEWICZ FREEDOM! HE NEEDS TO LIVE HIS OWN LIFE! INVESTIGATE MIKE GUASCO AND FIRE HIM, HE IS MORE THAN LIKELY PREYING ON doctors and KAISER TOO! He is bribing Judges and anyone else who can make his crooked path easier. He is harming good people and harming mentally weak ones like Dr. Moayeri. It has gone on TOO LONG! PLEASE HELP! Thank you! Dr. Lukaszewicz could end up dead! HELP HIM!
