Hi, I have not gone awol; I was so completely tired from working late on my case; and trying to get it right, so I fell asleep; now that I have basically smoothed the way for the near execution of the papers. I want to quickly make the points of my case and present them without judgement, but wanting questions answered so you can point the court to the obvious guilty party by removing the onus from you and off on to them. This is a step in the right direction with you as an expert witness, rather than a defendant.
