I actually feel blessed that we kept a friendship alive even through trying times. It could have been so easy to just forget it and move on, but there was too much that was meaningful in our relationship to do that and it also involved a spiritual connection that was a strong factor. Also, you are the most amazing person I have ever known and if anyone can overcome adversity; it is you.
