I would like to file a small claims court case. Your company sounds great! The defendant lives a fairly long distance away, but I have heard that I must go to a court near where he lives, correct? How long does it usually take to go from starting with you to a court date? I am suing him to get answers, but we are friendly, but people who surround him are not. I want to be certain he is served, no one else.
