IGOI

 I was so frazzled today; I felt like crying. I keep getting bills that are higher than they should be! I feel so suspicious of these places that are hard to know what they are supposed to charge. PG&E seems to get unreasonably higher the propane and the water.They are all nebulous. I am frustrated. They went along the same for awhile, then suddenly DOUBLE, or whatever.  I always say I will keep track, but then I forget.....:-(

Anyway, I will get the sm clms ct. done, or I will hate myself! (I usually do anyway, but I get over it....)
