I have a feeling that your place of employment is not going interested in helping you as much as themselves. I don't mean to be discouraging, but after a bit, things just seem to end up with spinning wheels and no progress! I think we are too trusting in people who do not deserve it!
It is sad. At some point, people need to trust themselves ONLY!
