Lovely heart

 I do what I can, but I so often end up not sleeping, getting sad of heart and spirit and more prone to emotional times of crying.

I am sure it is not doing myself any good as far as health and looks are concerned. 

I sure do so love my friend, that won't change. It hasn't changed and I have not been able to talk with him for a very long time. I know who he is and how lovely is his heart.
