I am looking for an attorney; I think "she" just wants me to go to jail. If what happened last time happens again I could get a felony and 3 years of jail. I don't deserve any of this: I wrote to an attorney:
Hello, I hope you are well. I was referred to you although you are quite a long distance away. Sorry if that is too much. I have been harassed by a woman and her attorney, who seem to get enjoyment out of it, by giving me false restraining orders and contempt charges. It has been very difficult and over 7 years I live on pins and needles. I am an older woman with MS and a breast cancer diagnosis. The restraining orders are false; since they were forged and the person's name on them was forced, since the attorney forced on him works for his place of business. It seems rather unethical to make an employee accept an attorney who works for his employer and force him to give someone a restraining order when he did not want to do that; it was under duress. To make it succinct, a wealthy female doctor wants to keep hold of her former domestic partner and was/is jealous of our friendly relationship, so her company attorney does whatever she wants, and it always involves cruelty to me. I just got a letter in the mail that says,Initial Complaint, People of CA vs me. It says 10/06/2022 @ 8:30 am. This is my second false contempt order and the attorney from the Bar Assn sat on his hands and did nothing for me; he wouldn't give my evidence, question the witness, and never objected. I could get 3 years in jail. I never did anything wrong. I gave my doctor a few thank you gifts over the years to thank my doctor for his kindness and support. They said he didn't want the gifts, except his phone calls and emails said differently. The Bar attorney would not give the thank you notes as evidence. I was treated like garbage. I was found guilty, of course. I am just being railroaded and I cannot take it any longer. If you could help me I would appreciate it. I would do anything to pay you; I am low income, but I would strive to raise the necessary funding. These people are trying to make my life unbearable and doing a great job of it. I have had several restraining orders over a period of 7 years. They are not done by the Plaintiff, they were manufactured by a former domestic partner of the designated Plaintiff, with his signature forged (expert verified). They were done by the former domestic partner and the company attorney. The domestic partner is paying the attorney to keep me restrained. I am an older widow and it is elder abuse. I have gotten, in the mail, a complaint to be in court on 10/6 for a (false) contempt charge. I don't know what I could have done. I barely have left the house for 6 years and only go to doctor appts and court; I don't even go to the store. Since this is my 2nd false contempt charge for no reason! I could end up with a felony and a three year jail sentence! This is the actual picture perfect meaning of travesty of justice! Please, I have MS and a serious breast cancer diagnosis and am a senior! They said I gave my doctor gifts that annoyed him, but he called me to thank me and wrote me thank you emails. He has always taken care of me and saved my life. I miss him very much! Thank you!
