Do need to tell some of the bad. 1.Did he ever threaten you with a gun? (It asks on the form)2. Threaten your job? 3.Threaten your life? 4.Threaten your family's safety?
I know, it is difficult.
I will also say that you need to speak privately w/the judge, because it is public record. And also privately with a psychologist. (I would come too, if you asked me, but you may want privacy).
