Hello, I have a friend who is being held hostage by his former
domestic partner and her attorney. The attorney wanted to
cripple me from being able to help my friend, so he gave me
false restraining orders. I am in the USA as well as the victim
and his captors. Their place of business knows what is being
done and will do nothing; neither will the local PD.What can be
done; from the simple to the complicated?I am afraid they
will eventually kill him for his money and will have made a
forged will.

These, I believe, are the ones who said they do not get involved in domestic issues. I told them it was not a domestic issue, but no answer back.
ReplyDeleteI write to what feels like everyone. I even interviewed P.I.s and they said they could not do surveillance for someone with a restraining order. It sounds hoaky, but I understand the issue. That asshole attorney has me hog tied. It has led me down some rocky roads, quite shady. They frightened me.

ReplyDeleteI also contacted a place that they called .....elite and it is also a membership thing, but I am sure it isn't cheap. They had quoted me before something like $1,500 per day and $500 expenses for 5 people. It sounded pretty intense and expensive, but that didn't bother me as much as my realising that a snafu was looming in the background. I also contacted a security company, but unless I missed the email, they didn't contact me back. They also have logistics questions that I cannot answer, right now. Again, my plan seems like it could be viable. I still think I could pose as a drug, or other rep and have a meeting with you and you show me out and go . I would rather have someone else do it, since my landing in jail helps no one, but at least you could pull for me. Tell me if I may speak for you with companies who could help you? Give me a 10 here, if it is a yes.
ReplyDeleteI know it would be hard to make a change, but keep in mind she is your ABUSER! You NEED to be away, get protection and go back to settle things by bringing an attorney and a security guard. I am ready to help you Call me in August if that works for you, but whatever you decide, you are amazing, beautiful, and the most wonderful person I have ever met.....and I have met Gavin Newsom! You would be my choice over him any day!

I often cannot sleep; I can't stop thinking of you and the situation. I cannot be selfish and push things when they may not be at a point for you; I worry that perhaps it is just a hard thing to do, but it is not a time for complacency. What do I know? I am basically Helen Keller. I see nothing, hear nothing, it's all in my own head. I am having an extremely difficult time; it is hard to take. Am I falling apart? I sometimes want to scream at people. I feel unloved, unwanted, lonely; I am not productive. I am weary. I resent losing so much time. I worry bout the day when I can no longer take it. That is wrong. I know I need help now. If I spoke with you, maybe I could be healed; "only say the word and I shall be healed".... I wish........I feel gone now. HELP!
