I would love to demo my kitchen and make one that is user friendly. Mine is tiny, ugly and needs new appliances, since nothing worked when I moved in! Never let the real estate person talk you into skipping the inspection.....not much worked and even the water heater crapped out around 2 weeks after moving in! I spent a long time heating water on the stove! Even people who seem nice can SUCK!
