I had a phone call directed to me this morning from a KP rep. She was surly and blunt with unsatisfactory results. She said all of my complaints had been dealt with before and they were not going to be redone. What she said to me was absurd and I told her so. She hung up on me. That place us a haven for criminals. Why do they feel that they OWN you? RUN!
