Filling out forms (again) until a snag comes up. Does your number have an eight and a nine in it? I did not know the price for doing it, so I always need to be prepared. My foot infection issue caught me off guard. I could have gotten it for (basically) free, if I weren't frightened off going there. It feels a lot better, but I still get sharp and throbbing pain.
