I sent the complaint to the DOJ online, but I will follow it up with a snail mail form too and perhaps CC it to the DA, since I have a bit of a complaint in it about him too. It feels like my life's work. I only get upset when I am brushed off, because they do not take it as seriously as they should. That is when I just say (to myself), it needs action not permission!
