How are you doing? Keeping up your spirits? Go outside and sit in the sun, or if you have a pool, go swim. If you can ever see a neighbor, confide in them and see if they can give you a ride to the PD. They aren't against you are they? They will not do anything, for some reason. That hideous man has done something to keep them away. They were nice before, but now I don't know after help was removed. They need to listen and protect. That one I spoke with knew she is abusive. I still send them things, so some are all caught up, esp the top one. I don't know where they stand. They may have been told you are nuts; that's what MP did to me. They are assholes, do not even consider trusting them. I mean MP and the gang.
