HNHPLEASE!

Hello,

This email is written for Dr. Gregory C. Lukaszewicz, MD using the email address of someone else. He needs help. Please help him.

He lives at #3 Mountain Wood Lane, Hillsborough , CA. He has been held captive by people known to him who have mistreated him for a

long time. He personally showed me awhile ago, that he had appeared to have had cruel, radical surgery done to him. He needs the opportunity to speak with someone in authority who will help him, so he may openly tell of what is being done to him. I only know a

part. He is my friend. He never is able to speak freely; not allowed. He has money and property and it is most

obvious he is being held in the hopes of the captors getting one, or more of them away from him. His friend, me, has been falsely turned into a scapegoat that authorities will not listen to when I'm endeavoring to help him. There is an attorney who has forced himself upon Dr. Lukaszewicz and claims to be his attorney, but ask Dr. Lukaszewicz when he can speak openly; he will tell you openly that he is not. He is keeping him captive along with his former domestic partner who the local Police said was his abuser. He needs to have his say. The reason they are getting away with harming Dr. Lukaszewicz is because they are using "persuasive" measures against the authorities. I witnessed Dr. Lukaszewicz being trafficked to Kaiser in the back of his car looking as if he were attempting to hide from prying eyes. He knows I am trying to help him. He did the same for me against them. He is my friend. I would do anything for him.Ask him.

I bought him antique surgery books written by the surgeon to the Elephant Man, because Dr. Lukaszewicz was an admirer of the

Elephant Man genre and my great grand father was also from near that era in Prague and was a also a surgeon. It was a fun connection.

Dr. Lukaszewicz was happy to have gotten the books and thanked me profusely for them. A picture of the surgeon and a hand written letter by him accompanied the books, making a nice set for a kind and considerate doctor who took lovely care of me and helped me recover from the vascular effects that I 'd only had a 50/50/% chance of recovery from the chemo causing it. I found out that his domestic partner was a narcissist and considered any attention to Dr. Lukaszewicz to be predatory rather than friendly. He has had terrible punishment. He needs to tell of his terrible trials from the cruelty dealt to him. Please speak only with him; those captor people lie very easily. They use false law against me.

Dr. Gregory Christopher Lukaszewicz, thin, approx 6'4-5", silver short hair, handsome, kind face, intelligent. He works at Kaiser SSF 8:30

am to around 4:30-5:00PM. 3rd floor surgery department. They put a wall around his office area and cameras to keep him watched.He

seems to be intimidated and does not leave. I believe he has been punished, so he knows to stay in place. He is a prisoner. He

appears to be picked up by the parking garage to the right of the Kaiser facility. He had a black Mercedes station wagon at one time.

Please contact him at home, or at work. He needs legal help. Please question him. I ask for nothing but help for him and see if he is okay and

willing. Basically please just do a welfare check on him to make certain he is okay. He has not been and wants/needs to be helped. This is not a joke; he is suffering!He will be aware of this letter and praying for your help! People are treating him very badly, please don't ignore him! A fancy area can have shameful activities! They will bring him home and mistreat him! Hear what he has to say! I am being legally abused, so my hands are tied. My heart is pure, they are criminals who mistreat him like a wild animal!

So, just as I could be dying of cancer, Dr. Lukaszewicz could be dying of neglect, abuse and despair, slow torture! I cannot be comfortable each day knowing he suffers. He is kindness personified and they are taking advantage of it! It breaks my heart. It breaks my heart that you don't care if I die from your lethargy, when Dr. Lukaszewicz could have had this concluded many times over. But let's move on.

Please do all you can to free him, but freeing him will free us both! Please, yorrasons for what I sagyu are a good person, they are not! Don't let bad people intimidate you!

Dear Mr. Campion,

The next time I hear from you; I want to hear that you have sent a subpoena

to Dr. Lukaszewicz , or have set up with Dr. Lukaszewicz and the judge that we

will have our own conference (s) set up to figure things out. 7 years has been

a long time for friends to be alienated. I want to make amends, if necessary,

which should just be a technicality, since we agreed to be friends the last time

we spoke. 7 years is longer than any AMA recommended time apart for a

doctor and patient to become friends. We just need to get rid of the

technicality of the restraining order. It is not wanted by Dr. Lukaszewicz, or

myself! Please see to it that the judge understands this by our next court

hearing. This is totally a waste of time, money and energy. Thank you!

The last thing that Dr. Lukaszewicz spoke with me about was my relationship

with him about being his friend as in the way the AMA requires. Which

means going through a waiting period of time apart that was unspecified but

was seemed appropriate for the amount of involvement the doctor and

patient had with each other. We never had any time personally involved. We were platonically known to each other only.

As far as my later surgery was concerned; it was minimally invasive, basically done arthroscopically, which shows very

little of the body

I was told by the Kaiser ER doc

that my gallbladder needed to come out because it was infected. I asked him

If he could ask if Dr. Lukaszewicz could observe the surgery since he was

known as a fine surgeon. I heard nothing back

My official surgeon, Dr David Lee

saw me at the hospital after the surgery and told me the surgery went well. He said that I had a

"Fatty liver ask Dr. Lukaszewicz he saw it!" The nurse at the station by my

room, when I walked out of the room said, "you just missed Dr. Lukaszewicz

coming to check on you, unless there is another tall, thin vascular surgeon, I

don't know about." She was correct

I suppose that if Guasco we're going to take the opportunity to try and make

it appear that Dr. Lukaszewicz we're going to appear to be

upset be with me to give me a restraining order on behalf of Dr. Moayeri and

make it seem to have been from Dr. Lukaszewicz it would be the best most

confusing time, but it was a lie and Mr. Guasco was the liar. Dr. Lukaszewicz

did not want me to have a restraining order. Dr. Moayeri wanted me to have it as did Mr. Guasco who lied to the court and put me in jail as a senior and gave

me false contempt charges hurt my reputation with my grown son, my elderly

mother, cost me attorneys fees , expert fees, untold grief and more sadness for

more days than I care to remember.

Mr. Guasco and Dr. Noushin Nicole Moayeri did not care that they hurt me, or

Dr lukaszewicz horribly; they obviously thought only of themselves.

Dr. Gregory Lukaszewicz needs to be subpoenaed to tell his side of this sorded

criminal story he was forced into by Attorney Mike Guasco. Dr. Lukaszewicz was

a completely innocent person used in criminal activity.

Please help us, the innocent people, expose the criminals. We need our country

to be upheld. Criminals need to get caught and prosecuted.

Top Ten Ways to Celebrate Pi Day

Pi Day is celebrated every year on the fourteenth of March around the world, and although we’re not celebrating actual pies, there can be pies involved in the celebration. Pi is used to represent a mathematical constant. Not only is it the ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter, but it’s also the 16th letter in the Greek alphabet (π). With Pi Day quickly approaching, here are ten ways students can celebrate its arrival.

1. Eat Pi Foods

A celebration without food is not a celebration. On this day, have students eat foods that start with “Pi.” Why not start with actual pies? Pizza and pineapples, or pineapples on top of pizza are other examples of Pi foods. You can go a step further by having students measure the diameter and circumference of the pizza pies and regular pies before they eat them. This way they’re eating and learning at the same time. It’s a win-win.

2. Bake Some Pies

Have students bake pies in the shape of the Pi symbol. If you’re not much of a baker, don’t worry. An ugly pie can still be an edible pie. A few ideas include mini pi-shaped pies, pi-shaped turnovers, and baking a pizza pie with pepperoni in the shape of the pi symbol. The possibilities are endless (just like pi!). After the baking is done, you can hold a pie-eating contest or a fundraiser. Fundraisers give students the opportunity to give back to charity while sharpening their math and multitasking skills. So, bake some pies and sell them to students and faculty, or donate them to a homeless shelter. If you choose to sell them, remember to price them at $3.14. For those who aren’t pie people, you also have the option of baking cookies in the shape of the Pi symbol.

3. Classroom Pi Day Workout

After consuming all that Pi shaped food, a workout to burn off some calories may not be a bad idea. So, start with the number three and work your way through the digits of Pi. An example of this can be:

3: Jumping jacks, squat jumps, and mountain climbers

1: Take a breather

4: Pushups, lunges, squats

1: Take a breather

And so on. You can choose to do this repeatedly for as many times as you want. You can also choose your own exercises. It may not be a bad idea to get faculty involved as well. By doing a Pi Day workout, students will not only be exercising their minds, but also their bodies.

4. Pi Day Scavenger Hunt

Have a scavenger hunt by hiding pi-related clues around the school and allowing students to search for them. Clues can be 3 markers, 1 notebook, 4 folders. And because Pi is technically a never-ending number, you can technically have the search last for as long as you want, but not too long, you don’t want students to give up and lose their Pi Day spirit.

5. The Form of Pi

Have students line up outside in a field or oval. The students should form the Pi symbol. Take an overhead shot of it. This can be a great Pi Day reminder and can be used in the school newspaper and/or yearbook. Remember, instead of yelling “Cheese” at the camera, have students yell, “Pi.” It is Pi Day after all.

6. Pi Contests

Hold a relay race that requires students to run from station to station. In order to proceed, they must answer a piece of Pi trivia. You can also hold a contest to see which student can recite the most digits that are in Pi. Another idea is to have a contest to see how many words can be made that start with “Pi.” The winner can take home an actual pie.

7. Pi Day Run

Holding a Pi Day run is a great way to get your community involved in the celebration. Be sure that the run is 3.14 miles and that there is a prize for the winner. Prizes can include a few pies and a medal of some sort that represents Pi Day. The run can also be for a local charity. You can charge a $3.14 registration fee, and all proceeds can go to a good cause.

8. Sir Cumference and the Dragon of Pi

One book in a much larger series, Sir Cumference and the Dragon of Pi is the perfect book for a Pi Day read-aloud about math. Titular character, Sir Cumference, has been changed into a dragon. Because of this, his son, Radius, and Lady Di of Ameter are tasked with searching for clues to a riddle that can change him back to a human.

9. Pi Day Paper Chains

Pi Day paper chains is a fun activity that students can do as a large group. You can create a Pi Day chain using loops of construction paper. Make sure to use different colored paper for each of the ten digits, and each will represent either a decimal place or a digit. Because Pi is constant, there’s no telling how long your paper chain can go for. Why not try to set a world record?

10. Create Pi-Related Artwork

Creating artwork is a great way for students to showcase creativity while simultaneously learning about math! Students can make Pi-lentines, which are appreciation cards for the people they appreciate the most with the addition of some witty Pi puns. Another way that students can be creative includes using markers or crayons to graph the digits of Pi in bar graph format on a piece of graph paper. They should do this repeatedly until it looks like a skyline across the paper. After they are done graphing their skyline, invite students to color in their buildings and the sky.

Pi Day is celebrated on March 14th (3/14) around the world. Hello,Kaiser hired a contract attorney named Mike Guasco who began work there setting up poor and new very ill patients to be given false restraining orders to kick them off the insurance rolls to save Kaiser money when they were not allowed to deny patient coverage.Mr Guasco was lying to the court and the judges and got many poor and handicapped people kicked off their Kaiser insurance Mr Guasco had a young brain injured man named Tyler Lusk harassed and treated very badly as well as his father Jeff Lusk. Mr Guasco lied about Jeff Lusk and ruined his reputation and said he was threatening Kaiser employees with a gun. Jeff Lusk was a Coast Guard Officer, so Guasco's lies about him having a gun would be believable.Mike Guasco says he is at Kaiser to help doctors with legal matters, but from what I have seen; he has been harming the one I know as my friend.He pretended to have Dr.Gregory Lukaszewicz give me a restraining order 7 years ago,but the papers were forged Guasco is holding Dr. Lukaszewicz prisoner & may be using him in some type of labortrafficking possibly in sex traffic.Dr. Lukaszewicz needs to be asked. I saw him hiding in the back of his car that someone was driving w/him in it. His former partner, Dr. Moayeri of Kaiser Redwood City, is I believe paying Guasco to keep me restrained and giving me false contempt charges to try and send me to prison.I was told I have breast cancer, so Guasco is obviously trying to kill me because I cannot go back to Kaiser because I am afraid Dr . Noushin Nicole Moayeri will try to Kill me as she did before when she had her psy friend Marija M.Petrovic try to mentally manipulate me to killing myself.Dr. Moayeri's police dept told me that she ,Dr.Moaueri is Dr. Lukaszewicz's abuser, but they will not it help me protect him because of my R.O. just as they planned.They are using me as an excuse to harm him.Dr. Lukaszewicz is a brilliant Harvard surgeon.They arent married,so she is afraid he will not give her his money I'm sure Guasco wants some too.She has me tortured when I go to Kaiser;Dr.Moon did it for Dr. Moayeri last time when doing biopsies on my breast.She spoke for Dr. Moayeri &said I take things from other people,meaning Dr.Lukaszewicz.She said I was a bad person & waved the biopsy needle in my face like she was going to stab me w/it! Kaiser has allowed to become a Hell hole!Dr. Lukaszewicz was so frightened &depressed when I knew him.I was rather told that she did radical surgery on him that has made him terrorized & vastly different.Supposedly,she wants him to be a woman.She seems crazy to me,but Kaiser does nothing & still let's her do surgery.Dr. Lukaszewicz needs to be interviewed.He needs to tell his story.He needs freedom!He lives at #3 Mountain Wood Lane,Hillsborough,CA 94040.His work is 1200 El Camino Real Kaiser 3d floor-Surgery.Pls help him!I've been falsely held for 7 years!I live over 120 miles away.Dr.Lukaszewicz is my friend.He's been thin &beaten up looking in court &was bruised.

Please don't ask me not to say anything in court, or keep anything from me. Only honesty works for me. 7 years of Dishonesty is all I have gotten to this point and I have HAD IT with THAT! Please do what will get me the fastest results! I AM NOT A CRIMINAL! Dr. Lukaszewicz should not be a labortraffick victim! Do not allow crime to continue! That cannot be okay with the Court, or the Bar.....or decency! Please call the police to do a welfare check on him!

I AM WONDERING IF YOU COULD PERHAPS HAVE YOUR P.I. QUESTION DR. LUKASZEWICZ SOON? Please don't let a great person suffer! You would be the headline of the news! You should get a medal of freedom! I would recommend it!

I feel like crying today and your sweet face is behind it. I am surprised I was able to get this far with life after losing you. I have never felt so close to losing my life. The despair was too painful for me to take.

The drive home was uneventful. I had wanted to stay, but it wasn't practical. I Felt closer to you being there, so it was nice. I ended up having dinner at my son's lovely place, with his sweet and charming lady friend. I adore her. My son was such fun and he showed a sense of humor I had never seen before. He still works for a company that is involved in important vaccine work. He is always on call, so he pays attention to sleep times. I had a marvelous time with them both. Lots of fun!
