I mean, saying the Appeals board cannot know 

the truth, because it was successfully blocked 

by devious means seems rather Draconian and 

outside the intentions of American Justice. They 

would be working with a lot of nothing, based on

nothing. Seems like a waste of their time and 

yours. I can tell; you are a kick ass attorney, with 

a 357 held to your head; that is sad and disgusting

.... and the bullying tactics of a two bit hood; not an attorney. You should turn Guasco into the Bar for 

unethical behavior that is hampering the course of 

Justice and your ability to correctly do your job due 

to intimidation and his having compromised the Court.  Sounds like the nightmare it is. Too bad a psych eval

doesn't come prior to handing out a licence to practice

law. (Of course Grasco doesn't practice law; just 

bullying and greasing palms with someone else's 

money. It is corrosive and debilitating. 

It means that Dr. Moayeri, PD known abuser, gets 

more time to take abusive skills and scalpel against 

poor Dr. Lukaszewicz; if he lives through the next 

attack the police ignore, because of Guasco. He 

knows she is a crazy enough narcissist to do it too 

and when she does; he will blackmail her into getting

Greg's half of the estate. (That is if not more than 

half.) You know full well that scamming Kaiser doctors 

is why he is there; not to fulfill their legal wishes and 

the CEO, etc; are serving them up on platters and

 ignored by good people; allowing evil to corrupt our

 legal system. What happens when only money wins a

 case in San Mateo County? There goes a Law degree down the john. (And Dr. Lukaszewicz's Harvard Medical/surgical degree).
