Have you ever gone to the town of Mendocino? All the charm of a quaint, fancy New England town down your way, at a fraction of the price and it's authentic. I know, status.... Pfft!
I could probably get a nice one there (Mendocino) for even the cost of my little dump.....with an ocean view. My ocean view in that cute town. Perfect!
