You~
How long I have waited to see you again
How deeply I dove in your eyes
How desperate I am for a mere glimpse of you
As slowly my own body dies

The sun sets securely to waves of mixed blue
With pillows of foam to lay rest
A cover of stars that shimmer and dance
For a small life that you turned to blessed

My happiness was in the smile on your lips
The joy on your face no moon could eclipse
The boyish cool mood that you struck with pie
ease
And delivered me kindness with unique expertise

You melted my heart and the mold that it formed
Gave me strength to hold on and weather the storm
The road has been long with wild twists and turns
But wherever you are is where my soul yearns
