Dear Human Trafficking Agency,
I have been given a very credible human trafficking tip, because the tip was from the person being trafficked. Please HELP an ADULT WHO SAID he was being trafficked! His name is Gregory C. Lukaszewicz. (Loo ka shev its) He is a 58 year old man who lives in Hillsborough, CA and works at Kaiser hospital 3rd floor surgery. He is driven to work & locked in his office at Kaiser and watched by monitored cameras. Kaiser has been complicit in it and does nothing to help Dr. Lukaszewicz. It is because a crooked attorney named Michael C. Guasco is holding him captive at work and again at home, where he is being further trafficked. I have also been attacked by Mr. Guasco and been given false legal restraint to keep me from helping Dr. Lukaszewicz. Dr. Lukaszewicz is slim, approx 6'4" with short silver hair and dark brown eyes.
He has been taken advantage of by Kaiser contract attorney Michael C. Guasco, of law firm, Buty & Curliani, Oakland, CA and is also paid by a Kaiser neurosurgeon, Dr. Noushin Nicole Moayeri of Redwood City, CA Kaiser, Surgery. To keep me falsely restrained under Dr. Lukaszewicz's name, because she is jealous and because she pays Mr. Guasco to keep me falsely restrained. She has hired people to attack me, but I have managed to escape without being harmed too much, or dying. Mr. Guasco and Dr. Moayeri are dangerous. Dr. Moayeri has harmed Dr. Lukaszewicz with surgical tools from what I was able to understand from Dr. Lukaszewicz. She truly appears to be mentally ill. She had me attacked by a colleague, Dr. Moon at Kaiser Daly City & a psychiatrist friend of hers, she hired, Dr, Marija M. Petrovic who tried to mentally manipulate me into killing myself, but Dr. Lukaszewicz saved me right in time. KAISER NEVER DOES ANYTHING TO HELP THE SITUATION! KAISER IS COMPLICIT! THEY NEVER HELP WITH ANYTHING!
It would be so fun to go to these SF celebrations with you! It has been so long since I have done ANYTHING!
