I miss being able to go shopping at Lowes (and Home Depot, before they were off limits, for what reason, I have forgotten.) I loved getting carpet remnants mis-mixed paints, clearance, etc. there. Also Marshall's and Ross. I used to love the Macy's outlet in Santa Clara. That was a place one could find some very nice items for a great price!
I swear, I could jump off my death bed to go shopping discount! :-)
